What does this mean? It means that it is a cell phone with an impact resistant coating. It has "non-painted color", because it is made from a polycarbonate material that is solid-colored. It's a bit like scratching a piece of unvarnished wood. The color is the same throughout. Scratches won’t lead to discolouring.
